Your first session lasts 60 minutes, with the first 15 minutes dedicated to getting to know you and understanding your goals.


Each session includes:

  • A guided meditation practice during the session
  • An audio recording sent to your email for home practice


After you purchase your consultation, Dr. Sarah Mulukutla will reach out by email to schedule a mutually convenient time. Sessions are available in person or via Zoom.
